As I use to learn wushu I able to learn to meditation.
You see meditation is a way to clears your mind and it help study well. But it long time ago. It can help in your in your sleep. First u must find a place you are comfortable it .your bed etc. first close your eye. Clear your mind thinks of noting. That is a way to get to you. Some people like me will create a room that you control. You can find your guardian angle for some people. For me I use to find way to clear my mind and can see how to preplan routines last time now I hear my dike song in my mind which I improve by putting myself in train time in the room.

Today think of not bloging but some time strange things happen. U see when I was going to boon lay to read comic. This boy near the bus stop starts to cry. So people start to ask why he crying. He says that he lost his bus pass. People also ask him (u know how to go home.) And ask wat blk. He ans 75. But there no blk 75 in the end it 75 st. the gal in the photo go with him and try to find the pass but cannot find. In the end the gal is in a rush wen away and gone to meet who ever she is meeting. I took the boy photo just in case and bought him to police station. as i do not have time too.
